The sons of God, Genesis

The question has often been asked who are the sons of God mentioned in the bible of Genesis chapter 6, verses 1 – 7. In the new testament the son of God is associated with Jesus, so is there a connection between the sons of God of the old testament and the son of God in the new testament? Some say they were aliens, some say they were angels, others have many theories. Here is my point of view on this subject. To begin this analysis let us first review the text as written in old testament.

1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

4 There were giants [nephilim] in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repented me that I have made them.

To answer this question let us take a look back thousands of years before Jesus was born and the language of the people at that time. The Hebrew text of the term sons of God used in the old testament was Beni – Elohim. If a person lived thousands of years ago before Christ, the correct term to refer to archangels and angels collectively is sons of God. If a person knows the difference between God and the messengers of God, that person will truly indeed refer to the messengers and representatives of God as sons of God. To properly understand that the term sons of God is referring to archangels and angels is to understand the trinity in heaven.

The trinity is like a family on earth, a father, a mother, and her children. Every living creature whether spirit or man or animal forms a trinity, for each living being is connected to a male and female gender. The structure is the same all way down to the atom, which is neutron, proton and electron. Every living being on earth or in heaven has a mother and a father from which they come from. God the mother as mentioned in the old testament is Elohim, God the father is Yahweh, the sons of God are the angels. This is the original trinity in heaven before human beings started to ascend to heaven to become ascended masters, or gods.

Every living being was created as a male and a female companion as Adam and Eve, for even the angels were created male and female, even though they do not reproduce. Everyone was made with a companion, some use the term soul mate, or twin flame, but nonetheless each being has a permanent male or female companion for eternity.

Many people have ascended into heaven before Jesus; examples were Enoch, Elijah and some others that we do not know of. Let us keep in mind that a man as a human being that ascends into heaven carries with them their immortal body and has free will. A human being that ascends into heaven becomes a god, but the person is not God the creator or father. The term god refers to human being that has become immortal, can create life and give life and has powers and authority that exceeds that of an archangel. A god has power over angels and archangels but God has power over a god.

From this perspective an ascended master occupies a position that becomes second command to God and is assigned duties and rules as such. The ascended master who is now in heaven now occupies the position of son of God, or representative of God. When Jesus ascended to become a god, he occupied the position of son of God, but not the same kind as referred to as the angels and archangels. To refer to Jesus as son of God is correct but it is also a shallow term for that is also a reference to the angels. It is correct to say that Jesus is a son of God, but even more than that he is a god. God the father Yahweh chose Jesus as his son and gave him a name as Yeheshua. The highest name is the name of the father which is Yahweh, the second highest in that chain is Yeheshua. Jesus at this time represents God, but he is not God the father, for Jesus said so himself many times by referring to the father. The statement made by Jesus that if you have seem him you have seen the father is a misunderstood statement. In present layman terms children look like their parents, and to see a child is almost equivalent to seeing how their parents look like. Jesus is not claiming to be God the father, for he gives credit recognition and honor to the father. Christians must be careful not to offend the father, Yahweh in his first commandment given to Moses. The children in a family do not have the same or equal power as their parents, for without the parents the children will not be in this world. Similarly, in the trinity the powers are not equal, for the son or the angels do not have the same power as the father.

All human beings will eventually ascend to occupy their position in heaven as gods, but for now we have to go through the cycles of evolution before we get to that stage. The main distinction between Jesus and the other ascended masters is, the name of Jesus which is Yeheshua has power, whereas the names of the other ascended masters do not have power. There is no power in the names of St Germaine, or Enoch or Elijah or John, but there is power in the name of Yeheshua. What I mean by power in a name is, can the name compel an angel or a spirit to act through the mention of the name. In spirituality all that matters are the names with power, not the being behind the name.

To effectively be able to do any kind of spiritual work, a person has to use a name that has power to move the angels or spirits to act. There are many such names of God or gods, but for now to know even one of such names is sufficient. The power of a name is limited to certain angels assigned by God to work through that name, hence it has limitations. Meaning, a name of God that has power is not a universal antidote, and can do only things that are limited to the angels that respond to that name. God does not grant universal power to one being, he has spread his name and powers through many countless individuals from the past which our present generation is not aware of.
